- 2 – 3 tsp olive oil
SEASONINGS:
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme, or other herb of choice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
FOR GARNISH:
Finely chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS for JUICY OVEN BAKED BREAST:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken to 1/2-3/4 inch thickness.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, oregano/thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat chicken dry, coat with olive oil, and rub with seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until cooked.
