INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds of chicken breast
  • 2 – 3 tsp olive oil

SEASONINGS:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme, or other herb of choice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

FOR GARNISH:

Finely chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS for JUICY OVEN BAKED BREAST:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound chicken to 1/2-3/4 inch thickness.
  3. Mix brown sugar, paprika, oregano/thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pat chicken dry, coat with olive oil, and rub with seasoning.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until cooked.
  6. Rest and garnish with parsley if desired.
