Delight in Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers: Juicy chicken cubes seasoned and crisped in the air fryer, then coated in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. If skewers don’t fit in the air fryer, cut them down to fit.
Chicken Skewers:
In a small bowl, combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add chicken, oil, and seasoning to a ziplock bag or large bowl and toss to coat.
Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers, tightly packing with no space in between.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in parmesan, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley, whisking until well combined. Reserve about 1/3 of the sauce for the final coating of the chicken skewers.
Air Frying:
Add chicken skewers to the air fryer, leaving even space around to allow for airflow. Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes. Flip the skewers, baste with sauce, and air fry for an additional 2 minutes. Flip again, baste with more sauce, and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Final Touches:
Remove the skewers from the air fryer and brush with reserved garlic parm sauce. Top with more chopped parsley and additional parmesan if desired.
