  • 1/2 lb mushrooms rinsed and patted dry, sliced
  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • Garlic powder salt, and pepper, for seasoning chicken
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients:
  • Clean and slice mushrooms.
  • Chop parsley, green onion, and dill (1/4 cup each).
  • Season chicken tenders with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brown Mushrooms:
  • In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil.
  • Sauté sliced mushrooms until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
  • Set aside mushrooms.
  • Sauté Chicken:
  • Cook seasoned chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through (4 minutes per side).
  • Add Garlic and Herbs:
  • Sauté minced garlic.
  • Stir in chopped parsley, dill, and green onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Combine Ingredients:
  • Mix cooked mushrooms with chicken and herb mixture.
  • Add Heavy Whipping Cream:
  • Pour in heavy whipping cream, stirring continuously.
  • Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer and Finish:
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Adjust Seasoning:
  • Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  • Serve:
