- * 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- * ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- * ⅔ cup cocoa powder
- * ½ cup powdered sugar
- * ½ cup chocolate chips
- * 1 teaspoon salt
- * 2 eggs
- * ½ cup olive oil
- * 2 tablespoons water
- * 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
Whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
Spread batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake 40–48 min, until a toothpick has a few moist crumbs.
Cool completely, then slice. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze.
