Ingredients
  

  • * 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • * ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • * ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • * ½ cup powdered sugar
  • * ½ cup chocolate chips
  • * 1 teaspoon salt
  • * 2 eggs
  • * ½ cup olive oil
  • * 2 tablespoons water
  • * 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
  • Whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.
  • Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  • Spread batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake 40–48 min, until a toothpick has a few moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely, then slice. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze.
