- 1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 4 cups frozen blueberries
- ΒΌ cup cup water
In a medium saucepan, mix water, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until it thickens, about 1 minute.
Add blueberries and cook gently for 5β6 minutes, stirring, until they soften and release their juices.
