- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (divided)
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with olive oil.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese, and cook until melted and combined (1-2 minutes).
