Ingredients
  

  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese, and cook until melted and combined (1-2 minutes).
  • Transfer beef mixture to the baking dish and sprinkle ½ cup cheddar on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar on top, broil for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  • Top with parsley, let rest, and enjoy!
