Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice Brussel sprouts in half lengthwise for even cooking.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet and arrange the cut Brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut side down.
Scatter the sliced garlic over the Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil, and toss everything directly on the baking sheet to coat evenly.
