Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice Brussel sprouts in half lengthwise for even cooking.
  • Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet and arrange the cut Brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut side down.
  • Scatter the sliced garlic over the Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil, and toss everything directly on the baking sheet to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown, tender, and the Parmesan is crisp and melted.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy hot!
