Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz pork chops
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme can be dried too
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup cut mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Cut mushrooms, bacon, and chop the parsley. Set aside.
  • Pat the pork chops with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil. Cook pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and thyme; cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add mushrooms, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil.
  • Return the bacon and pork chops to the skillet.
  • Coat the pork chops with the sauce and serve immediately.
