This is the best Brussels sprouts recipe you’ll ever try! Roasted to golden perfection and packed with flavor, these sprouts are tossed with garlic, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of high-quality oil for a dish that’s crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced (see notes)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons good-quality olive oil

Instructions for the Best Brussels Sprouts Recipe:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Slice them in half lengthwise for even cooking.

  • Line the baking sheet: Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet and arrange the cut Brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut side down.

  • Add garlic and olive oil: Scatter the sliced garlic over the Brussels sprouts, drizzle with olive oil, and toss everything directly on the baking sheet to coat evenly.
  • Season and sprinkle: Sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Roast: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown, tender, and the Parmesan is crisp and melted.

How to store:
