INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or substitute with white wine or red wine vinegar)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp red onion, very finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar

Instructions for Cobb Salad Dressing Recipe:

Combine Olive Oil and Vinegar:In a small mixing bowl or jar, start by combining the extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Add Seasonings:Stir in the black pepper, then the salt, followed by the white sugar. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.

Incorporate Dijon Mustard:Add the Dijon mustard and mix well.

Add Onion: Stir in the finely minced red onion.

Whisk or Shake: Whisk the dressing until well combined.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or vinegar as needed.
